Congratulations to Zachary Bushby (9B), a 2nd/7th West Waverley Scout Troop, who has earned the Australian Scout Medallion! To attain this top award in each of the five sections in Scouting reflects initiative in tackling challenges, sustained effort over many months and years, as well as self-discipline, teamwork and leadership skills. Blood Donations

As part of the Year 12 Unit 2 Religious Education course, all Year 12 students must participate in a Social Justice activity. One of the opportunities presented to them this year was to donate blood at the local Red Cross Blood Donation Centre in Pinewood. Over Terms 2 and 3, on Friday afternoons, a group of six students would be picked up by the Red Cross courtesy bus and taken to the donation centre (accompanied by a teacher) where they would donate blood

Sports Report

ACC Year 7 Hockey Last Thursday the Year 7 Hockey team played against St Bede’s College in the Hockey Final. After 1-1 in normal time, the boys went to penalties to play off for the Championship. A dominate performance from our players and goalkeeper helped us to secure a 3-0 win on penalties, and deliver the Championship for the team and the College.
