Duke of Edinburgh Hiking Trip

Last Thursday 16 November, 20 boys and 4 teachers set out for a hiking trip to Wilsons Prom. After some bus complications we finally arrived at the Prom around 2:00pm, meaning we were going to have to make good time to set up camp and cook dinner before dark. Year 8 Food Technology

As part of the Year 8 Food Technology curriculum, students are given the task of planning for a party. The boys need to provide a menu for the party and make a cake according to the theme. The students spend a few weeks designing and presenting three different cake designs, and then must produce the best design. On Thursday 16 November, the Year 9 Biretta class, led by Ms Fernando and Ms Zwalf, hosted our ‘A Plastic Ocean Screening Night’ in the Auditorium.
