Did you know?
This winter, the St Vincent de Paul Society will see a considerable increase in calls for help from families that have fallen on tough times.

What do Vinnies do?
Through regular home visits, Vinnies volunteers are able to provide assistance with:
• Food packages and vouchers
• School supplies such as uniforms
• Medical fees and monthly bills; and
• Respite care And just as importantly, they also offer companionship and moral support.

How can Salesian College assist?
“Tinnies for Vinnies”, is a good start.

As Week 7 of Term 2 draws to a close, the “Tinnies for Vinnies” total reaches past the halfway mark (58.2 per cent mark to be exact) of our 5,000 desired goal.
