Semi-formal or formal attire is suitable for the dinner.
During the Eucharist, students will be presented to the congregation by their Head of House and they will receive their Graduation Certificate. Students must be dressed in full winter school uniform and be clean shaven. It is imperative that students and their families arrive at the College by 4:45pm to allow for a punctual start.
The Valedictory Dinner will take place at Merrimu Receptions, 1300 Dandenong Road Murrumbeena, starting at 7:30pm. Guests will enjoy a three course meal and the evening will conclude at 11:00pm. Please note that seating will be based on family groupings. Please check the emails that your son has received in relation to seating arrangements. The boys have organised these arrangements with Mr Steward and are being relied upon to communicate this information to their parents.
Whilst the dinner is complimentary, parents will need to purchase drinks at bar prices. We ask that only parents make these purchases at the bar. There will be speeches and presentations throughout the evening.
Your son should already have returned a confirmation form to school relating to attendance at the dinner.
We are all looking forward to celebrating this milestone in your son’s life in a joyous manner. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact one of us at the College on 9807 2644.
